**The underwash is performed by a rail on the ground at the entrance so be sure to enter at a steady but slow pace to ensure a good underwashing.
My friend Sam told me the the Tesla Motor Company recommended this location to their customers. I see why now. No brushes to cause damage and it is incredible how the wheel blasters manage to locate and wash my aluminum wheels. Beware, it is loud if you never experienced it. It startled me the first time. The wheel blasters seek out and clean each wheel with a burst of high pressure water and soap.
This wash is very modern and elegantly laid out. I have never seen machines like these. They do a GREAT job.

We usually don't wait long here and the wash seems to be pretty thorough. The water jets and foaming cleansers seem to get everything clean with no brushes or cloth. See usually get "The Works" which is the entire list of services and I think it looks great as soon as we leave and stays that way for several days with the wax coat.
One bay is also setup to handle work trucks or vans with ladder racks and even dually trucks so that is a huge plus as this wash can handle alot of vehicles that none of the other automatic car washes can around here.
My Wife jokingly wrote on my car with her finger, as a hint to wash it. So I took it to Cascade & purchased the top wash. Upon returning home, I noticed the dirt was still there, as well as her writing. Only now, there's also water spots all over the vehicle. Very disappointed. I still have my receipt. Is there a way to rectify this?
Probably the best car wash currently in the Kettering area. It is truly touch-less. All washing, waxing, protectants are applied with high-powered water Jets and I was thoroughly surprised just how well it did.
Will definitely be using this wash more often in a pinch.
