The people at this location are wonderful. The ladies are very courteous and efficient and extremely helpful. The only frustrating thing is when you try to call to rent a car it sends to some national call center where those people are absolutely useless. The guy I just talked to did not even know there was a Kettering, Ohio location for Avis.
I use this Avis location all the time, never had any issues but here and there have to watch the gas gauge when you pick up a car to make sure whoever before filled it
I have been renting cars from this location for 7 years, with a couple different companies, and for personal use. The staff here are always kind and happy to help. I have had a couple accidents (not my fault), and a huge rock shattered the windshield a couple weeks ago. Vickie and Pam have always taken care of filing the paper work for the damage, and I have never been burdened with any charges, or hassles. I think they do a wonderful job at the Kettering location. I believe that sometimes people don't read the fine print on the contract, and are angry when legitimate charges are billed. As far as the complaints about staff gossiping and complaining with one another, I would say that most people love to gossip and complain. Keep up the good work!!
I travel frequently for business. I will only rent at this location despite the many rental companies available. The employees go out of their way to be personable. It's easy to pick up and drop off the car. And the cars are always clean and ready to go when I arrive. Consistently meeting and exceeding my expectations is what keeps me coming back to this location.
