We love Budget and we specially love Pam and Vickie at this office. We deal mostly with Pam and she really seems to care about our business. At some rental car places we have used in the past I felt like the transaction was one step above trying to negotiate the purchase of a new car but not when you are dealing with this office.
The owner was a great guy. We werent actually able to rent a car, at no fault to the owner but still left out of there in a better mood than when we arrived. Did everything possible to help us drive away in a car but we had issues with the bank freezing our money for the second time since February over a slip up on their end.... BTW, would not recommend JP Morgan Chase. Had to uber our way there and would have done the same on the way back if our account wasn't frozen. Still did not get upset tho because the owner had such a great attitude and personality. Offered to help us get an uber back to the house even. Not sure how long he's been in Ohio but still has the southern hospitality I am use to seeing back home. Great guy, definitely be going back to do business there.
Pam focuses on service not "sales." How refreshing. We rent very frequently and always get a clean and dependable vehicle. Check in and out is fast and easy even when they are busy.
In a society where service is hard to find and good service is almost none existent, I can assure you that you will be bragging to your friends about the great customer service that Pam and Vickie provide each and every time.
The experiences I have had with this rental company have been great. The staff is friendly and supportive. The office is clean and welcoming and the cars were well maintained. I signed up online for my car and it was waiting for me when I arrived.
Insurance is paying for my rental, and approved a two day extension, since they totaled out my car. I also need to change the drop off location, to closer to where I will be buying my new vehicle. However, this location doesn't answer their phones, and has a block on the account, so the international customer service cannot help me.... I work an hour away, so now I have to leave work, and lose hours of pay, to personally go in and resolve the issue. In addition, when stopped at a red light, this automatic vehicle they rented me, stutters like it is going to stall out... My kids thought we were going to run out of gas because it stuttered so hard! I will NEVER rent from Budget again!!

Many of our staff have started to rent cars for personal use from Pam and Vickie. When I was having trouble finding a good price on a rental car for a trip to Florida Pam was able to find me a great deal and explain that I could rent the car at one airport and return to another at no extra charge.
Went to pick up my rental at 5:35pm...door says open until 6. Doors were locked and lights off. As I waited another lady showed up to pick up her rental too. She was driving to her mothers memorial. Guess what neither of us got cars and the customer service line was not helpful and very rude. Couldn't give us a car at the airport since the were already booked. Horrible experience!
